Booking Policy

1. Booking up to 14 Guests:​

  • For bookings up to 14 people, a deposit of £2.50+VAT per person is required to secure the reservation.

  • For 10 or more guests a set menu will be provided and a preorder is required prior to reservation date.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the final bill on the day of your visit

  • In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to retain the deposit of any absent guest(s) as a "no-show fee."

Cancellations & Modifications:​

  • Modifications and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.

  • If the cancellation or modification requirements are not met, the deposit will be non-refundable.​

2. Booking of 14+ Guests ( Whole Restaurant Reservation ):​

  • For groups of 14 or more, we require a non-refundable "Whole Restaurant Booking Fee" of £275+VAT to reserve the entire restaurant.

  • A set menu will be provided and a preorder is required prior to reservation date.

​Cancellations & Modifications:

  • Any modifications to the booking must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.

  • Cancellation must be made at least 7 days in advance.

  • If the cancellation or modification requirements are not met, the booking fee will be non-refundable​

3. Preorder & Dietary Requirements:​

  • A preorder is required for all bookings of 15 or more guests to ensure a smooth service.

  • Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking​

4. General Terms:​

  • If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please do so within the specific time frames.

  • Late cancellations or no shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or booking fee.​

5. Table Holding Policy:

  • We offer 2 hours time limit for our sitting. If you would like to stay longer please contact us.

  • Table reservations will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled reservation time.

  • If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your reservation, we reserve the right to release the the table and may not be able to accommodate your party.

  • If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your delay and we will do our best to accommodate you.​

6. Sunday Opening Policy:​​

  • We open on Sundays by reservation only.

  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If we are open due to reservations, walk-ins are welcome.
