At La Spiga resaturant, we aim to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. To ensure all guests have a pleasant experience, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

1. Respect for Staff and Guests

• Treat our team and fellow diners with courtesy at all times.

• Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

2. Dress & Decency

• For the comfort of all guests, appropriate clothing and footwear are required.

• Guests must be fully dressed and should not have any part of the body indecently exposed.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting this standard.

3. Noise and Disruption

• Please keep noise levels considerate so everyone can enjoy their visit.

• Disruptive behaviour will be addressed politely but firmly.

4. Alcohol and Responsible Consumption

• We serve alcohol responsibly.

• Guests showing signs of excessive intoxication may be refused further service.

5. Damage and Cleanliness

• Any intentional damage to property will be charged accordingly.

• Please help us keep the restaurant tidy by using bins for litter.

6. Children and Young Guests

• Children are very welcome, but must remain supervised at all times for their safety and the comfort of other diners.

• Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour of their children at all times and shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by their children while on the premises or participating in activities

7. Pets

• Due to limited space we cannot accept pets

8. Refusal of Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behaviour is inappropriate or violates these guidelines.
