Our Homemade Spaghetti Chitarra is an artisanal pasta made in-house, crafted with care and tradition. Inspired by the regional traditionf of Abruzzo, each strand is expertly cut , creating perfectly square-edged spaghetti with a firm, satisfying texture. Made from best quality flour, our Spaghetti Chitarra can be paired 

 with a rich meat ragu or classic fresh tomato sauce.
