An elegant and distinctive white wine made from 100% Timorasso, one of Piedmont’s most fascinating native grape varieties. Fresh and mineral, with aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, citrus and delicate herbal notes. The palate is structured and generous, with vibrant acidity, excellent balance and a long, persistent finish.

A versatile and characterful wine, perfect with seafood, shellfish, fresh pasta, white meats and mature cheeses.
